PROJECT 7-16 UTOPIA

This is the PROJECT7-16 community. This is a virtual community that will eventually be transmutated into a real physical place over time. Right now these are just some ideas to give you a feel for what we're about - things will be clarified shortly. To find out more or to join, send an e-mail to:

definatly treat ppl well and as equals, there should be some sort of laws/rules/by-laws set up so we all have a common understanding and try and accept everything (including meat eaters, car nutz, anything non vegitarian/hippie/eco freak)

we can change the system and or use this same system to our advantage, we can start a company (or work in mine) we all can make shit loads of money, use it or part of it as a collective (for land/resources/etc..), we work within their system but to our advantage, we get strong, we get money, and we get power, we use this to inact change for our collective betterment, we elect ppl (our own ppl) who then can change laws for the better and to meet our societal needs (ex- voting in a person to change by-laws in say Caledon, to get rid of this single family dwelling BS, to legalize communes, wind towers, buildings, incinerating/composting toilets, etc...), and with all of this we continue to spread the word. Dont complain that you have no money, we all have skills or can learn skills that will help us earn money, good money.

LAWS AND CRIMES
we will have our own by-laws, laws and crimes. These will be made known before people sign up to be part of thereal physical community so people know more or less what they are getting into. Offenders will lose community privilages but will not be locked up. They will be educated, and will take on additional chores

EVERY PRIVILAGED PERSON WILL HAVE ACCESS TO
every person can borrow comunity property freely (just sign up to use it), things like inflateable boats, small boats, large vessels, motorbikes, dirt bikes, ATV's, snowmobiles, canoe's, trailers, buses, travel vans, camping vehicles, RV's, sleds, skies, snowboards, hand gliders, stunt kites, electric vehicles/bikes, tools, welding equipment, knowledge, library, school/education, classes, passes to eat at a community run restaurant for free at regular intervals (you may aquire more by doing community work/chors), airplanes, hot air baloons, blimps, helicopters, glider planes, any outside the community property/structures (cottages, trailer in a trailer park, timeshare, etc...)

EVERY HOME WILL HAVE
every house will have (if they want it):- the biggest, highest quality, most efficient fridges, stoves, dishwashers, appliances, BBQ, fireplace (wood and or gas), furniture, septic and or sewer system, use of a community car, every privilaged person gets a community car at their house for their use, if you have a small car and need to use a van - you check yer community list of property and ask that registered person to borrow it and you simply swap rides for the time being, OR, you freely rent (borrow) a vehicle from the non-residential use lot (like the community owned and operated new/used car sales lot. If you come into the community with yer own private car (like a classic or hot rod, etc..) its yers to keep and you do no not have to lend it out. Same goes with all yer personal property. Only community property in yer temporary possesion you should kindly lend out if its not needed by you (we share resources). Every home will be supplied with the cleanest water possible, electricity as free as possible from solar and wind (every house depending on occupant numbers will be alloted a certain ammont of free electricity, after that it must either be paid for or worked off by doing community chores/services/work, electricity will be free all the time only if possible. Heat will/can come from hydrogen gas from splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen - used in the boiler for the radiant floor house heating /snow melting, and by appliances such as the BBQ and stove and fireplace, home gym, 3 incinerating toilets (more can be purchased from the community home improvement store, perhaps at cost and not marked up non-community member price), same goes for sinks/tubs/showers/faucets/etc..)
